What is the minimum order quantity ？
Because all of our products are made to order, our minimum order quantity is normally 1000 pieces. This number is for reference only and subject to changes depending on the material, makeup, and design of the product.
What is the average lead time ？
Orders are usually ready 35 days after confirmation. Because this may differ depending on the product, it is advised to contact our sales team for a better estimate of the lead time.
How long does it take to tool a mold？
Tooling a mold and having it ready for the first test normally takes 30 business days. After the first test is done, there may be several adjustments and tests following, until the client is satisfied with the mold. From the first test to the final test normally takes around 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the client’s needs.
